Shipping and delivery

Cost

Delivery is free on every order, whatever its size. Checkout shows it as free before you confirm.

Where we deliver

The cities we deliver to are listed in the city field at checkout. If your city is not there yet, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you if we can reach you.

How it works

  1. You place the order on the site and get a private order page with its number.
  2. You confirm the order with us on WhatsApp, with the ready message on that page. We only ship orders confirmed on WhatsApp.
  3. We agree the delivery day and the payment there. Delivery times depend on your city; we tell you when we confirm.

Payment

  • Pay in cash: you pay when the order reaches you. The details are agreed on WhatsApp.
  • Sham Cash: you pay in advance from your Sham Cash wallet. Your order page shows the address, the exact amount in USD and the order number to write in the note. We confirm the payment automatically, usually within a few minutes.

Tracking

Your order page shows the status of your order: received, confirmed, on its way, delivered. Keep its link. For anything else, WhatsApp us with your order number.
