Returns and exchanges

You have 3 days from the day your order reaches you to return or exchange a piece.

What can come back

• The piece is unworn and unwashed, with its tags and packaging as you received it.
• Boxers, socks and perfume cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene.

How to do it

1. Message us on WhatsApp within the 3 days, with your order number and a photo of the piece.
2. We confirm the return and arrange the pickup or the drop-off with you.
3. Once the piece is back and checked, we exchange it for the size or piece you want, or refund you the way you paid: in cash, or to your Sham Cash wallet.

Who pays the delivery

• If we sent the wrong piece, the wrong size, or a defective piece, the return and the replacement are on us.
• Otherwise the return delivery is paid by you, and the delivery of an exchange is charged like a new order.
